Peaceful Outlook, nr Canberra Hospital @Woden

For what we paid for 2 nights, expected a better-appointed apartment. Except for lounge, it’s been furnished by secondha Positive: Location.Kitchen was fairly well-appointed except for non-working dishwasher. Negative: Wifi did not work, we contacted host who told us to turn it off and on again, which did not work. Dishwasher did not work. Bed linen and towels were very old, mismatched and worn. All furniture except for lounge seemed a bit old and needs updating. The double bed in 3rd bedroom uncomfortable.

Quiet, well located and spacious accomodation that was great value for money. Positive: Location, three separate bedrooms, quiet, good parking, good sized shared space, well appointed kitchen, great locking device on the front door, very secure. Negative: Noisy pipes but to be fair they were in the process of getting them fixed. One toilet and no extraction fan, light switches in a peculiar place in the front bedroom. Pillows had seen better days.

Great spot and very quiet. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Positive: Perfect location for what we needed. Great little apartment and has everything we needed. Very comfortable. Negative: Would not be suitable for someone with disabilities, having to go up stairs to get to apartment. Also getting into shower, however, it was perfect for me. I didn’t have issues at all.

Positive: Nice flat with pretty much all you might need. Very quite neighbourhood/area Negative: No lift (flat at top of 2-storey building), not practical for infant and very young kids.
