Very disappointing and very cold
Positive: Size
Negative: Very cold heating which didn’t heat was just in lounge and not other areas. Bedding was very old and thin and not enough covers to keep you warm. Pillows were very thin and very old. Pillow cases were so thin you could see dirty pillow beneath. No tea towel. Nit what we were expecting.

Property tired. Linen substandard, sheets and pillow cases below average. No spare pillow cases for additional pillow cases. Old carpet stains on bedroom carpet. While furnishings wiped, need to be wiped dry. Coffee plunger had no glass insert. Stain on chair in bedroom. Needs extensive clean and update.

Won't ever be back
Positive: Location suited our needs
Negative: Could have been cleaner, flowers had been dead for weeks, access details was confusing and not well explained at the start of the booking process.

Our experience there was all positive and we will definitely stay there again in the future.
Positive: location was perfect - close to shopping and clubs; more importantly close to where our three grandchildren lived as we spent the week looking after them.
