Poor communication
Host's phone number on the listing was incorrect, and no one responded to messages on the app. We didn't hear from them till a few hours before check in.
A window in the apartment had been left open, resulting in the master bedroom being full of a swarm of bugs.
Apartment itself was otherwise as advertised. Nice quite location, with a Cafe nearby, but unless you have a reason to be in that part of the city not conveniently located to anything in Canberra you might want to visit.
