Kingston getaway with a group of friends
Positive: Location was fantastic, off road parking was a bonus, size of house and number of bedrooms (5) was spot on for group of friends. Details of how to get there and how to access were clear. Beds were comfortable. And kitchen was serviceable. Price was affordable. Overall the property met our needs.
Negative: Despite being a relatively new build there were elements of the property that were a bit tired and in need of maintenance. Eg, kitchen sink was leaky and water would spurt out horizontally, front door was virtually impossible to lock from the outside, some of the power points did not seem to work and had loose switches or missing plates, and there were some broken shelves in bathrooms. Hosts could have communicated a bit better as to the need to bring toiletries and refreshments (eg shampoo, tea bags, soaps)

I will be staying here again.
Positive: Location was close to plenty of restaurants and the house had plenty of room.
