Well located residence with huge potential Positive: Location was great and size very good for our group. Has enormous potential Negative: The residence requires a lot of minor maintenance i.e. light globes blown, cavity doors off tracks and not closing for privacy to adjoining bathrooms. Dirty / burnt saucepans to cook with some found in wardrobe, microwave functionality very temperamental, dining furniture very aged and uncomfortable as chairs have lost all padding. Cobwebs behind blinds and on windows. A good all-round maintenance would provide an excellently located residence with the comfort for an enjoyable stay.

Great space, cheap and cheerful, don't expect perfection and you'll be happy with it. Positive: Great space, secure garage, 5 bedrooms, large communal space with big dining table - perfect for a larger group of people / working session with colleagues. Negative: A bit run down - paint peeling in middle floor bathroom roof and mould on the ceiling, door broken on upstairs bathroom, many little things broken and not repaired, and wifi didn't work (could log in but no internet) and poor cell phone reception, so hot-spotting was not reliable either.

Great location and house but cleanliness was disappointing Positive: The location and the size of the property Negative: The uncleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and showers weren’t properly cleaned, no batteries in smoke alarms and the floors were dirty.

Not enough attention to maintaining this properyu Positive: Big with plenty of space for our group. Negative: It was dirty. There are many broken not working items eg lights, tv, smoke alarm and doors.
